2. What are your store hours?

8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday

With Courtesy Shuttle Service To Local Areas.

3. What type of tire balancers do you have?

All of our facilities have computer wheel balancers.

4. If I purchase tires from Wholesale Tire & Auto, do you rotate them free of charge?

We will rotate tires at no charge for the original purchaser on the vehicle that they were purchased for.

5. How often do my tires need rotated?

We recommend that you rotate your tires every 6,000 miles.

6. How can I get the most mileage out of my tires?

Keep the proper amount of air in your tires, rotate your tires every 6,000 miles and align your vehicle every 6,000 miles.

7. How often should I have my oil changed?

Car manufacturers recommend that you change your oil every 3,000 - 5,000 miles.

8. Do you align cars and trucks?

We align most cars and pick up trucks. We have computer alignment machines that allow us to align your front end or all four wheel positions depending on what your vehicle requires.

9. Can you replace my brakes?

Yes. We can replace your brake pads, turn your rotors and repair any other brake problems that you may have.

10. Do you do state inspections?

Yes. All of our facilities are West Virginia State Inspection Stations.

11. What brands of tires do you sell?

We have access to any brand of tire that you want. The brands that we stock are Multi-Mile, Hercules, Bridgestone and Firestone.

12. Do you do safety checks?

We do 27 point vacation and safety checks at no charge to you.

13. Do I need an appointment to have tires put on?

No, you do not need an appointment to get tires put on your car or pick up truck.

14. Do I need an appointment to get mechanical repairs done to my vehicle?

Yes, we do set up appointments for mechanical service. If you need a repair and don't have an appointment, please call. We might have an opening, and if we do, we can service your car that day.
